Who this is

This website is operated by Gerry Forristal, a sole trader based in Edinburgh, Scotland. If you have any questions about how your information is handled, you can contact me at gerry@gerryforristal.co.uk.

What information this site collects

This site collects only what you choose to send through the contact form: your name, email address, and the message you write. That information is sent directly to me by email. It is not stored anywhere else, not shared with third parties, and not used for marketing unless you have asked me to be in touch.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not use cookies. There are no tracking pixels, no third-party advertising networks, and no retargeting of any kind.

This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how many people visit and which pages they read. Cloudflare Web Analytics is cookieless and does not collect any personal data. It cannot identify individual visitors. No data is shared with advertising platforms.

Third-party services

The contact form uses Web3Forms to deliver messages to my email inbox. Web3Forms receives your name, email address, and message in order to forward them. Their privacy policy is available at web3forms.com. No data is retained by them beyond what is necessary to deliver the message.

This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare's infrastructure may log basic technical information such as IP addresses for security purposes. Cloudflare's privacy policy is available at cloudflare.com.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to ask what personal information I hold about you, to request that it be corrected or deleted, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, contact me at gerry@gerryforristal.co.uk.
