Why Buyers Hesitate and How to Remove the Friction. A structured exploration of buyer behaviour, the outside-in principle, and the Trust Triad framework. Suitable for member events, away days, and leadership programmes. Participants leave with a practical understanding of why their sales conversations go the way they do, and a framework for making them work better.

A condensed version of the workshop, adapted for keynote slots and conference sessions. The same core ideas, the same research foundation, delivered in a format that works for shorter event programmes.
